In my ideal world, I would like to bake (and share) a heart shaped cake with pink buttercream frosting to commemorate Valentine’s Day. I did attempt a black forest cupcakes because nothing speaks V-day louder than chocolate, cherries, and whipped cream…no? Unfortunately, it was a semi-disaster and until I find a better game plan, you will just have to wait for it. You may (or may not) have noticed that my posts have been very irregular and I blame my work, school, and some personal stuff that has taken over my life right now. Blogging is my creative outlet and I don’t want to stress myself to create content which I don’t truly feel for. So until things settle down a little bit, I will try and pop in whenever I can. Thank you for reading, inspiring, and visiting food, pleasure, and health. Since V-day is slowly creeping up on us, let’s talk about it…tell me your plans. One of my good friend is getting married that day so I will be busy attending that and hopefully there is a big slice of decadent cake involved. If you are more of a homebody this V-day, I have got you covered with a Valentine’s Day Recipe Roundup which has plenty of great recipes in different categories. This way you and your Valentine’s can enjoy a full day of deliciousness at the comfort of your own home without the wait time and overpriced menu at a restaurant.
