Hi everyone!I hope you guys are enjoying this holiday season with your loved ones. I have been taking things slowly, finishing up some last minute tasks, and recharging for 2016. Food, Pleasure, and Health has been around for 5 years now and it wouldn’t be here without you. THANK YOU for supporting it and I hope it’s helping/inspiring/teaching someone somewhere.
