I go through phases with snacking; there are times I will eat three meals a day and not care for snacks but other times, I want snacks especially pre-workout. I am the most indecisive person when it comes to snacking because I go through these vicious cycles of wanting something sweet followed by savory then sweet again. Can anyone relate to this? Please tell me I am not the only one. Couple years ago, I went to a Japanese restaurant called RA Sushi on an Easter weekend and had the most flavorful edamame dip ever. I don’t know what it had but it was cheesy and addictively good with so many interesting flavors. I haven’t been back there since but sometimes I crave for that edamame dip with fried wontons. So instead of driving across town, here is my take on Easy Edamame Wasabi Dip. It’s not cheesy or smooth like RA Sushi but it does have a really good flavor; I guarantee you will keep going back for more.
Vegan, gluten-free ‘edamame wasabi dip’ is a great accompaniment for crackers and is perfect as a snack. Today I am sharing the recipe for Edamame Wasabi Dip on Annmarie’s blog – Fit Foodie Mama.
