If we were having coffee this morning, I'd tell you that I ran a half-marathon on Sunday. It was a last minute decision because why not right? Mentally I was so pumped but my legs were not too happy about it. Nevertheless, I feel victorious personally knowing that my body is capable of walking/running/waddling 13 miles just like that.
If we were having coffee this morning, I'd tell you that I just finished watching "The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel" on Amazon - highly recommend // cooking and drooling everything from Burma Superstar // leisurely reading nothing at the moment - so send me some book + new TV show recommendations please.
If we were having coffee this morning, I'd tell you that this whole blogging & online world is hard sometimes. It is easy to fall into comparison trap, blindly follow whatever is trending or viral but in 2018, I have been very intentional about how I want to utilize this platform for Food, Pleasure, and Health. My 2 mantras are "less is more" and "be unapologetically myself" and it's been glorious in so many ways.
