If we were having coffee this morning, I'd tell you that coffee shops are popping everywhere in Kathmandu (capital of Nepal) literally like 3-4 within a block...And I find cappuccino to be very different in taste than in the US. I'd love to know their secret because I absolutely love the cappuccino/coffee here.

If we were having coffee this morning, I'd tell you that I saw few buildings/areas that are still affected by the earthquake. I thought I'd see more but again, it's been more than a year...It was really disheartening to see Dharahara (Bhimsen Tower), a pretty iconic tower build in 1832 AD that collapsed during the 'quake.

If we were having coffee this morning, I'd totally recommend you to go eat samosa and pani puri at Tip Top in New Road. This place is renowned for THE BEST samosas in Kathmandu for who knows how long. Even my grandmother recalls eating samosas from here and it is impressive how it tastes same all the time. I
