I am not a big fan of Mondays but this week is different; it’s a short week and I am off to Austin for 4th of July festivities! What are you guys up to this weekend? I hope there is going to be lots of food and relaxation involved with your holiday. I enjoyed my last recipe roundup for Valentine’s Day so thought I’d do it again.
