If we were having coffee this morning, I’d ask how you are doing? I have been swamped with my full-time job, freelance projects, and other things in between so, this downtime is much needed to catch up with you guys. If we were having coffee this morning, I’d tell you that we completed Tough Mudder race and it was SO MUCH FUN. I had no idea what to expect but it was not as intense as I had anticipated it to be and I’d totally do it again (maybe try the full next time).
If we were having coffee this morning, I’d share my ‘ran out of gas (freaked out) and got stranded like 1 block away from my house story’ instead I want to highlight how (at least 10) people were SO GENEROUS + KIND to stop and ask if I needed help. Lauren from Common Canopy (blogger turned real life friend) came to my rescue with her neighbor. In spite of so much chaos and tragedy everywhere, it really warms my heart to see that humanity, goodness, and kind people still exists. We just need to continue highlighting positive stories regularly.
If we were having coffee this morning, I’d tell you that last weekend I explored Fort Worth and I quickly realized that Fort Worth staycation is in order soon because I have so much more to see, eat, and find.
If we were having coffee this morning, I’d tell you that I have done 3 facebook live so far and I am liking it. I didn’t think I was courageous enough to be ‘live’ but as of now, I have not burned or spilled anything or said something offensive while I am live. At least not yet. If you want to catch me live, I will be on my facebook page mostly Sunday evening-ish.
